It’s a thoughtfully curated immersion designed to nourish your energy, your confidence, and your connection to Spanish language and culture.

Our rhythm is simple and restorative: typically a shared activity and a shared meal each day—plenty of time to explore, shop, linger over long lunches, or simply rest.

Generally, less than 3 hours. You can easily rest, walk around, snack, and use the restroom.

Madrid to Málaga is about 2 hr. 45 min. Málaga to Sevilla is just under 2 hours. Sevilla to Madrid is about 2 hr. 40 min.

There is a maximum of 6 people (including Lily). This will maintain the dynamic and energy of a personalized experience. We want to access transportation, seating, and cultural experiences with ease.

You are free to book whichever hotels you prefer in Madrid and Málaga. (NOTE: Sevilla hotel booking is included in your package due to Feria de Abril.)

MADRID: Lily will likely stay near the Salamanca area in Madrid. (Easy for airport, train station, taxis, and metro. Though it is not as busy, it is walkable, quiet, and safe.)

MÁLAGA: Lily will likely stay near the Plaza de Marina. Because Málaga is smaller, one can find views and easy walks to the coast, shopping, and restaurants.

SEVILLA: Your hotel was pre-selected based on proximity to sites, Feria grounds, accommodations, and availability! Spaniards, internationals, and locals consider this week to be a "bucket-list" item!

I strongly recommend traveling with a carry-on whenever possible.

Luggage delays and losses are more common in Europe, especially when flights include connections. Since we move on to another city early in the trip, having your essentials with you matters.

At minimum, your carry-on should include:

• a change of clothes

• toiletries and makeup

• medications and anything difficult to replace (e.g. technology, contacts/swimwear, documents, etc.)

Traveling carry-on only gives you more flexibility, less stress, and a smoother start to the experience.

A standard rolling carry-on or small suitcase is ideal. We’ll be walking through train stations and staying in central locations, so manageable luggage makes everything easier.

Yes—think layers, neutrals, and flexibility. I recommend packing one non-bulky “immediate wear” outfit (often black or neutral) that you can use right away if needed. April weather varies across cities, so lightweight layers work better than multiple outfits. For your personal item, a bag-within-a-bag setup keeps essentials and tech accessible without wasting space.

How should I dress? Comfortable, but polished. Europeans generally dress more put-together than in the U.S., especially in cities. You’ll be walking a lot, so comfortable shoes and breathable fabrics matter—but athleisure is best saved for workouts. Think stylish walking outfits that transition easily from daytime exploring to meals and evenings out.

If you feel good in what you’re wearing, you’ll enjoy the experience more—and that’s what matters most.

No. While many locals wear traditional flamenco dresses, they’re specialized and not expected for visitors. A polished, festive dress or outfit that feels elevated is perfect. I’ll share an example of what I’m wearing so you have a clear reference.

Shoes: Espadrilles, block heels, or dressy flats work beautifully—comfortable, festive, and very “Sevilla.”
