This $750 payment reserves your place in the Spain Boutique Immersion Trip.

The remaining balance will be due by March 15, 2026, and will be communicated clearly in advance.

A separate payment link will be provided for the balance.

Participant Agreement & Terms

By registering for the Spain Boutique Immersion Trip, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Program Scope

This experience includes guided group activities, select accommodations and experiences, and on-the-ground coordination as described on the official sales page and within the Participant Hub.

Items not explicitly listed as included are the responsibility of the participant, including but not limited to airfare, most meals, personal expenses, and optional activities.

Payments & Cancellation

  • A deposit is required to reserve a place in the program.

  • Final payment is due by the stated deadline provided by the trip host.

  • Refunds are subject to supplier cancellation policies and timing.

  • Certain components of the trip, including Sevilla lodging and group train tickets, may be non-refundable once booked.

  • No refunds can be guaranteed after bookings are finalized.

Transportation & Timing

  • Group transportation is booked for specific departure times.

  • Participants are responsible for arriving on time for all scheduled group departures.

  • If a participant misses a scheduled train or group transfer, they are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to rejoin the group.

Itinerary Flexibility

  • The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, transportation issues, strikes, local events (including Feria de Abril), or supplier availability.

  • The trip host reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the group experience.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Holding a valid passport

  • Ensuring personal health and fitness for walking-based travel

  • Complying with local laws and customs

Travel medical and trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.

Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the trip host to seek medical care on my behalf if necessary.

Photo & Video Release

I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the trip to be used for future marketing and promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing prior to the trip.
